Were hiring a Delivery Operations Lead (Documents & Data) to own and scale the operational engine behind our document-driven workflows as we grow ~4× over the next 12 months. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of document processing, categorization, extraction, and human-in-the-loop validation that powers accurate and timely delivery.

This is a senior, hands-on leadership role for someone who has built and scaled operational systems in fast-moving environments. You'll lead teams, define and improve processes, and partner closely with Engineering, Product, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure high-quality, scalable delivery.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and manage a team of 5–10+ operations professionals across document processing, categorization, extraction, and validation workflows
• Build, document, and continuously improve operational systems and SOPs to support rapid growth and increasing complexity
• Scale teams and workflows from early-stage foundations (0 1) to repeatable, high-volume execution
• Own operational performance across quality, throughput, timeliness, and cost; define and track KPIs to drive improvement
• Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Tax, and Operations teams to ensure timely, accurate, and scalable document and data delivery
• Operationalize new tooling, automation, and models by designing effective human-in-the-loop workflows and feedback mechanisms
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members doing detailed, accuracy-critical work
• Create a culture of clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:

• 5–10+ years of people management experience, including managing teams of 5–10+ individuals
• Proven ability to motivate, develop, and retain high-performing teams
• 3+ years operating in a startup environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity and change
• Strong experience building and scaling operational systems and workflows
• Demonstrated track record of defining, measuring, and improving operational KPIs
• Data-driven decision-maker with strong operational judgment
• Comfortable working onsite in our Cupertino office

In California, this role is estimated to pay between 110,000 and 170,000 per year
