THE ROLE:
THE PERSON:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive post-silicon validation, characterization, and product development activities for server CPU products.
- Debug complex silicon, platform, system, and manufacturing issues throughout the product lifecycle.
- Develop and enhance test automation, diagnostics, and data analysis solutions.
- Partner with design, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to improve product readiness and execution.
- Analyze product performance, yield, reliability, and quality metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance while driving cross-functional initiatives.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Product development, validation, or characterization experience with CPUs, SoCs, or complex silicon products.
- Strong system-level debug skills across hardware, firmware, software, and platform environments.
- Proficiency with Python and Linux-based development or automation workflows.
- Experience with silicon bring-up, root-cause analysis, and issue resolution in production environments.
- Knowledge of server architectures, x86 platforms, PCIe, memory subsystems, and high-speed interfaces.
- Experience collaborating across geographically distributed engineering teams and influencing technical decisions.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- Advanced degree or relevant industry certifications are a plus.
