Job Opening: Field Engineering ManagerJob Duties: • Enable field deployments of the engineering units in varied geographic locations • Monitor the performance of the field units both experimental and production • Support customers through troubleshooting of the devices and other issues arising from the use of the devices • Train and supervise activities of field technicians to ensure smooth operations of the units in the field • Develop and use mechanical as well as software tools to enable field operations • Create data dashboards that enable continuous and comprehensive monitoring of the units in the field • Supervise and conduct analysis of returned units to guide enhancements in manufacturing and design • Provide periodic updates to the management about the health & performance of the units in the field • Collaborate with the manufacturing and design teams to drive improvements in WaterGuru products. Job entails working with and requires Bachelor’s degree in in Materials Engineering, Test Engineering or equivalent with 1 year of experience including: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Rhino, RhinoCAM, Minitab, CNC, Data analysis using Python/Tableau/Data studio etc. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience. This should be read to mean that the employer requires: requires Bachelor’s degree in in Materials Engineering, Test Engineering or equivalent with 1 year of experience in the job offered, Test Engineer, Materials Engineer, or equivalent. Work Time: M-F; 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. 40 hrs/week.
