Job Duties:• Enable field deployments of the engineering units in varied geographic locations• Monitor the performance of the field units both experimental and production• Support customers through troubleshooting of the devices and other issues arising from the use of the devices• Train and supervise activities of field technicians to ensure smooth operations of the units in the field• Develop and use mechanical as well as software tools to enable field operations• Create data dashboards that enable continuous and comprehensive monitoring of the units in the field• Supervise and conduct analysis of returned units to guide enhancements in manufacturing and design• Provide periodic updates to the management about the health & performance of the units in the field• Collaborate with the manufacturing and design teams to drive improvements in WaterGuru products.Job entails working with and requires Bachelor’s degree in in Materials Engineering, Test Engineering or equivalent with 1 year of experience including: SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, Rhino, RhinoCAM, Minitab, CNC, Data analysis using Python/Tableau/Data studio etc.Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training or experience.
